This movement came alongside a 24-hour trading volume of approximately $1.47 Billion. This suggests a renewed influx of activity.

Analyst Flags Break of Structure & Bullish Continuation for Dogecoin
Amid the recent rally, technical analyst Crypto_Skull identified a significant structure shift in the Dogecoin price behavior. Analysis from the chart indicated that Dogecoin completed a liquidity sweep (LQ SWEEP) followed by a break of structure (BOS).
Both are considered early signs of upward continuation. Following this shift, DOGE reclaimed its previous high structure. DOGE’s current uptrend supports the possibility of a price pullback into the defined buying zone between $0.158 and $0.165.
This consolidation could offer a strong base for the next upward move. At press time, Dogecoin traded around $0.17087, bouncing sharply after confirming the new structure.

This analysis emphasized the importance of the buying zone as a potential launch point for further upside. Crypto_Skull noted that the current structure supported the case for higher lows forming.
The trajectory outlined in the chart showed a zig-zag pattern. A consolidation phase is expected before any decisive breakout toward the $0.19 to $0.20 price range.
Historical Surge Patterns Support Larger Move, Analyst Says
Short-term gains in Dogecoin have captured market attention. Analyst Bitcoinsensus highlights a larger bullish pattern, hinting at a potential extended rally. In this analysis, historical data showed a consistent sequence of intra-cycle impulse moves dating back to 2024.
The chart analysis indicates that the move recorded an 84% gain. It was followed by a 194% surge and a 446% increase, with each wave building on the previous.
According to the same chart, the next projected move could bring a 610% increase if the current bullish rhythm continues. This would translate into a price of roughly $0.86375 from current levels.

The analyst’s projection focused on the compounding nature of these rallies and the steady formation of higher highs. Technical indicators such as momentum and demand strength also intensified with each cycle.
The chart framework showed a bullish continuation structure, suggesting that the observed pattern may remain active.
Momentum Builds as Stochastic Signal Confirms Third Bullish Cross
Meanwhile, technical analyst Trader Tardigrade identified another signal supporting DOGE’s bullish structure. Based on a 2-week stochastic chart, Dogecoin recently formed a third consecutive bullish crossover in the oversold zone.
The crossover occurred along a long-term ascending support line that has held firm since early 2023. Past stochastic crossovers in November 2023 and July 2024 aligned with notable price surges. This pattern suggests potential for another bullish move if history repeats.

In each case, Dogecoin moved from levels near $0.065 to above $0.22 in less than five months. The latest stochastic signal emerged 623 days after the initial rally, spanning 45 biweekly bars. This long-term trigger aligns with a persistent trendline, hinting at another possible upward move.
The ascending support currently sits near $0.16. Also, if the price structure repeats the previous behavior, the range between $0.36 and $0.40 may be revisited.
Dogecoin Funding Rate Turns Positive as Bulls Regain Control
At the same time, derivative market activity showed renewed optimism. According to Coinglass, the Dogecoin funding rate turned positive on July 3. This marked a clear shift after weeks of neutral sentiment.
Funding rates reflect market sentiment and trader expectations. A positive rate means long position holders pay fees, showing bullish confidence in the asset.

This momentum indicates that traders are increasing their positioning toward upward movement. The funding rate surge aligned with the Dogecoin rally.
Market indicators showed increasing trader confidence. This reflects strong short-term bullish sentiment around the asset.
