ENA Price Tests Support as Analysts Warn of Possible $0.50 Drop

Ethena is under heavy selling pressure after it lost a major technical floor. Analysts now focus on key support zones and draw a roadmap with potential scenarios that could influence a future market move.

ENA Price Under Pressure from This Support

Ali noted that the ENA price has dropped below the key $0.61 support level, a floor that has regularly held strong. This breakdown opens a pathway toward $0.50 if sellers maintain control and market momentum stays weak.

Recent trading has reduced highs and weak rebounds, explaining that bears still rule momentum. Notably, on the lower timeframes, Ali’s chart showed a clear stair step decline, reinforcing the bearish case. Each failed rebound led to another downward move, which is also possible.

Consequently, for traders, a decisive recovery of $0.61 is essential to halt the immediate bearish outlook. Without a quick rebound, the chart indicated continued selling pressure.

The $0.61 level had been tested several times and served as a spring for upward moves. Losing it changes sentiment dramatically, and traders are now looking at deeper targets. Until buyers reclaim this level, Ali warned that there is a significant risk of downside to $0.50.

Range Support at $0.39-$0.42 May Provide Relief

Furthermore, Umair Crypto highlighted a wider demand zone between $0.39 and $0.42 as the next critical area for ENA stability. He stated that buyers could cluster here, triggering a bounce opportunity.

If momentum picks up from this range, Umair would be looking at an easy twofold rally and even a conservative threefold rebound.

He cautioned that ENA’s structure turned bearish after its latest three‑day close fell below the previous low. The bearish shift indicates a loss of conviction and the necessity of strong support to prevent a decline. If this price fails to remain in the $0.39 to $0.42 range, it can decline towards $0.25.

This range provides traders with a very clear roadmap in risk management. Holding it could be a sign of renewed accumulation and lay the basis for a good jump. Failing to hold it would likely invite selling and attract short sellers eager to profit from weakness.

Ecosystem Incentives Help to Build Customer Confidence

Beyond technical developments, ChainFuryX noted the new ENA and USDe rewards program as a potential sentiment boost. The initiative rewards early network supporters according to historical on-chain activity to encourage participation for the long term.

By providing tangible incentives for holding and engagement, Ethena hopes to build up community trust, perhaps even during troubling times.

ChainFuryX believed these incentives could help counterbalance bearish signals by motivating holders to stay invested. As more investors confirm eligibility and start collecting rewards, the program could generate acceptable demand and help stabilize ENA during turbulent times in the market.

This is a community-driven approach that could slow the selling pressure and give room for fundamentals to improve. Such measures cannot immediately help stop a strong downtrend. However, they may allow the market more time to recover if coupled with favorable technical developments.

Whale Transfers Point to Potential Exchange Inflows

Onchainschool.pro added another critical dimension by revealing that Ethena’s team moved 5 million ENA, about $2.9 million, to a wallet commonly used for exchange deposits.

Previously, if such a transfer took place, tokens were slowly supplied to Binance in three days. That often happened before raising the supply in the market.

This movement suggests that more ENA may be hitting exchanges soon, and that could add sell-side pressure. If new inflows exceed demand, ENA price could see additional downward pressure in the near term.
