Trump Media Truth Social Expands into Prediction Markets, Here’s All

Trump Media and Technology Group (Nasdaq, NYSE Texas: DJT), the parent company of Truth Social, has announced a partnership with Crypto.com to introduce “Truth Predict.” This new feature will allow users to participate in real-time prediction markets. The move positions Truth Social as the world’s first social media platform to integrate prediction market technology directly into its ecosystem.

More so, the collaboration will operate through Crypto.com’s Derivatives North America (CDNA), a CFTC-registered exchange and clearinghouse. The integration aims to provide users with a compliant and accessible way to trade event contracts tied to political, financial, and sporting developments.

Trump Media Partners with Crypto.com for “Truth Predict”

Trump Media’s latest partnership with Crypto.com introduces prediction market trading capabilities through “Truth Predict.” The product will enable Truth Social users to make forecasts and trade contracts on elections, changes in the inflation rate, gold and crude oil prices, as well as sports outcomes. Prices will update in real-time, giving users immediate responses to breaking developments.

According to the announcement, these event contracts will be powered by CDNA, ensuring compliance with federal regulations in the United States. Trump Media Chairman and CEO Devin Nunes said the company is “thrilled to become the world’s first publicly traded social media platform to offer users access to prediction markets.”

Nunes added that Truth Predict aims to create an environment where users can “turn free speech into actionable foresight” by participating in market-based forecasting. The feature will undergo Beta testing on Truth Social before being rolled out to a full release in the U.S., followed by international deployment.

Trump Media Leverages Its Growing Ecosystem

Trump Media, the parent company of Truth Social, streaming platform Truth+, and fintech brand Truth. Fi continues to grow its online footprint. With more than $3 billion in financial assets and its first profitable year since going public, the company is shifting its resources toward innovation within its ecosystem.

Earlier this year, Trump Media introduced T1 Mobile and T1 Phone, expanding into the telecommunications sector. The company has also filed registration forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Through its partnership with Crypto.com, Trump Media strengthens its foothold in the emerging prediction markets sector. Industry analysts estimate that the prediction markets could grow into a multi-billion-dollar industry.

CRO Integration and User Rewards

Additionally, Truth Social and Truth+ users will be able to use “Truth gems,” earned from platform interactions, to purchase prediction contracts. These gems can be converted into Cronos (CRO), the native digital currency of Crypto.com. Trump Media owns approximately 700 million CRO tokens, resulting from an earlier deal that established a mutual rewards ecosystem.

Cronos (CRO) experienced a sudden increase in trading activity after the announcement. The price of the token surged by 8 percent, rising above $0.165 over a few hours, before stabilizing around $0.1569. Daily trading volume surged 247% to reach an all-time high of $74.1 million, indicating that investors had regained confidence.

Kris Marszalek, Co-Founder and CEO of Crypto.com, stated that the partnership aligns with what users seek in social media: a community to engage with and discover the Truth. He added that Truth Predict will give customers a “tool to assess market sentiment on countless events.” The integration will utilize Crypto.com’s digital wallet infrastructure, providing users with seamless conversion and transaction experiences within the platform.

The partnership also builds upon earlier collaborations between Trump Media and Crypto.com. These involve intentions to form a CRO Strategy division and establish a digital asset treasury company, aimed at acquiring CRO through a proposed business combination with Yorkville Acquisition Corp.

Prediction Markets Enjoy Rising Popularity

In September 2025, a total of $1.44 billion had been registered in the crypto-derivatives trading, including Kalshi and Polymarket. Institutional legitimization of the space has been facilitated by the formation of new licensing arrangements, including deals with the National Hockey League (NHL) and DraftKings.

With Truth Predict being incorporated into Truth Social, Trump Media plans to combine community and market awareness. Thus, the shift is establishing an ecosystem where users can trade, discuss, and analyze results on a single platform.
