In a recent Binance News, BNB Chain added BlackRock’s BUIDL fund to wrap up the week. Binance founder CZ welcomed the move, as companies adjusted their plans to the market crash.
The goal now is to focus on steady building rather than short-term swings.
Binance News Covered BNB Chain Link with BlackRock BUIDL
The Binance news highlighted that BNB Chain has integrated BlackRock’s USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund, known as BUIDL. The update placed tokenized U.S. yield products on the network through the support from Securitize and Wormhole.
Notably, the fund offers daily yield distribution and allows transfers at any time. Its arrival brought a major traditional asset manager into the BNB Chain ecosystem.
In a post on X, CZ reacted to the development and welcomed BlackRock, BNB Chain, and Binance participants.

He acknowledged the scale of BlackRock, which managed $13 trillion in assets. His comments reflect the growing interest from large financial institutions that want to explore blockchain systems with lower costs and higher speed.
The BNB Chain team stated that the network was built to support financial tools that need reliable throughput and predictable fees. The new share class on BNB Chain had expanded access for qualified investors who sought exposure to tokenized Treasury assets.
Binance announced that BUIDL would be accepted as collateral. This created new ways for institutions to use capital without leaving the fund’s underlying exposure.
Securitize handled regulatory tasks and digital transfer agency duties. The firm managed over $4 billion in assets and provided the necessary custody and fund administration for BUIDL.
The update demonstrated how real-world assets had continued to transition toward on-chain infrastructure that supports transfers, settlement, and integration across various systems.
Binance News: New Leadership Moves at BitMine
Beyond the Binance news, BitMine also experienced new leadership changes. The firm named Chi Tsang as its new Chief Executive Officer. Tsang had led Asia TMT investment banking at HSBC and had guided several companies during large technology shifts.
BitMine also added three new independent board members. They included Rob Sechan of NewEdge Wealth, Jason Edgeworth of JPD Holdings, and Olivia Howe of RigUp.

Thomas Lee, the chairman, stated that the group brought strong experience across finance, markets, and technology. Sechan said that he had followed Lee’s work for many years and valued the firm’s direction.
Tsang compared the current period of blockchain development to the rapid rise of mobile and internet services in the 1990s.
BitMine held large Ethereum positions and aimed to evolve into a financial institution that worked closely within the ecosystem.
Builders Stay Active as Market Fell on Black Friday
The broader market experienced a sharp decline, which traders described as a “crypto Black Friday.” The total crypto market value declined by more than 6% in a single day to $3.26 trillion.
Basically, this level has been the lowest since early July. The market declined about 24% since October 7, signaling a slide toward a weak trend.
Currently, Bitcoin traded at $95,789.31 after a 4.04% fall. Ethereum traded at $3,184.45 after a 1.96% drop.
Solana traded at $141.35 after a 3.73% decline. XRP traded at $2.30 after a 2.37% decrease. Several mid-sized assets also moved lower. BNB traded at $927.72 with a 1.58% rise. The drop pushed firms and developers to concentrate on building rather than reacting to daily fluctuations.
The latest Binance news shows that the BUIDL expansion and the leadership update at BitMine showed that companies continued to plan long-term despite the market shift.
