XRP Price Forecast as ETF Inflows Dry, RLUSD Demand Fades

XRP price dropped to a crucial support level. That happened as the demand for spot Ripple ETFs waned. Furthermore, the RLUSD stablecoin market cap dropped. The token dropped to the important support level of $1.000. It is at significant risk of falling further if it drops below this price.

XRP Price Forecast: Technical Analysis

The Ripple token has been in a strong sell-off for nearly two years, moving from a record high of $3.65 to the current $1. This retreat may continue in the near term as the coin has dropped to a crucial support level. That coincides with the lowest level in June.

The coin has formed a descending triangle pattern, which is made up of a horizontal line and a descending trendline. This pattern often leads to a bearish breakout over time.

XRP price has also fallen below the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA). It has also dropped below the Supertrend indicator, a sign that the bearish outlook remains in place today.

The Average Directional Index (ADX) has jumped to 15.88, its highest level since June 10 this year. A rising ADX indicator is a sign that a trend is strengthening.

Therefore, the most likely scenario is that it continues falling in the coming days. If this happens, the next key target to watch will be the psychological level of $0.80.

Spot XRP ETF Inflows Fade as XRP Price Retreats

There are signs that demand for XRP ETFs has dropped in the past few months. SoSoValue data shows that these funds have not had any inflows in the last two consecutive days.

They have added just $1.01 million in inflows this month, down sharply from last month’s $29 million. The inflow trajectory has been falling after peaking at $131 million in May 2026.

In total, the funds now hold $950 million in assets under management (AUM) after having a cumulative net inflow of $1.51 billion. The difference between the total inflows and assets under management is mostly because of the ongoing XRP price retreat.

A closer look shows that XRP is lagging other assets in terms of ETF inflows. For example, spot Solana ETFs added $8.8 million on Monday, the best daily performance in months. Similarly, spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs have added $708 million and $230 million, respectively, this month.

Ripple USD Growth Has Stalled

One of the most important use cases for the XRP Ledger is its role in the stablecoin industry through the Ripple USD token. When the RLUSD stablecoin usage rises, more tokens are normally incinerated, reducing the supply in circulation.

Recently, however, there are signs that the RLUSD growth has stalled this year. After its market capitalization jumped to over $1.8 billion, it has continued falling in the past few days to the current $1.5 billion.

This retreat coincides with the decline of other stablecoins like USDC and PYUSD. USDC’s stablecoin valuation has dropped from over $80 billion to $72 billion today. PayPal’s PYUSD market cap has also dropped from over $4 billion to $2.7 billion

At the same time, RLUSD’s usage has dropped in the past few weeks. Its daily volume rose to $117 million in the last 24 hours.

Separately, more data shows that XRP’s daily trading volume and futures open interest have dropped in the past few months.

It has dropped to $1.1 billion from last year’s high of over $10 billion. The daily futures open interest has dropped to $2.65 billion from last year’s high of over $10.8 billion.
