Bitwise is a credible asset management company that does not depend on speculative decisions. They make effective strategies in every crypto investment.

Also, Bitwise filing for XRP ETF in Delaware suggests it is a genuine effort. Bitwise officially announced this news a week after Brad Garlinghouse’s Interview. In that interview, Ripple CEO talked about the potential of an XRP ETF.

Garlinghouse said that this crypto ETF approval can transform the crypto market.

Approval For XRP ETF By The US SEC

US SEC’s approval for the XRP ETF by Bitwise is not as simple as it looks. According to different crypto analysts, this XRP ETF application can face troubles due to the ongoing lawsuit with the SEC.

In 2020, the SEC accused Ripple of conducting an unregistered securities offering by selling XRP tokens. This has negatively influenced the price performance of XRP as the lawsuit lingers. SEC is yet to appeal in this ongoing legal battle.

Despite these challenges, many ETF analysts have said that Bitwise is strategically investing in XRP ETFs. President of the ETF Store, Nate Geraci, recently shared his analysis of Bitwise’s move via X.

Geraci said that Bitwise’s actions involve strategic planning, and this firm positioning to file for XRP ETF is highly noteworthy. He added that this is a call option for the November election.

The analyst speculated about a positive U.S. SEC leadership change after the November election. Politics might play a crucial role in the product’s emergence.

Nate Geraci said that Bitwise is a highly credible crypto-native fund firm that doesn’t just throw stuff at the wall.

Their moves are strategic for crypto ETF investment. Bitwise has positioned itself strategically as a first-mover in filing for XRP ETF. Geraci also anticipated that Bitwise’s next action would likely involve full asset tokenization.

Scope Of Crypto ETFs In the Future

Many asset management companies are making efforts to invest in crypto ETF products. We can expect more crypto ETFs likely to be introduced. Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs have already been approved by the US SEC.

Crypto ETFs make it easier for more investors to gain exposure to cryptocurrencies. Also, it is expected to drive significant growth in the crypto market as it provides a regulated investment option.

Asset manager VanEck has also filed for a spot in Solana ETF in the US. This filing for SOL ETF appeared on June 27 this year. According to industry analysts, the approval chances of these ETFs depend sharply on a Trump victory.
