Key Insights:
- Whale moves 57.3M XRP off Bitstamp, signaling potential large-scale accumulation.
- Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin hits 76M supply in four days, boosting XRP Ledger utility.
- Regulatory shifts and Brazil’s spot XRP ETF strengthen XRP’s case for global adoption.
XRP is gaining traction across the board. Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin is expanding rapidly, a massive $126M XRP transfer has occurred, and institutional momentum is building at a critical time. According to analysts, these catalysts could push XRP toward $30 by 2025.
$126 Million in XRP Moves Off Exchange
Blockchain tracking service Whale Alert reported that 57,304,617 XRP, or around $126.7 million, was transferred from Bitstamp to an unknown wallet. Some viewed the recipient as a private or institutional wallet since the transaction did not show ties to known exchanges or custodial platforms.

Movement of this size is usually closely monitored. It could be long-term holding if large volumes are sent off exchanges, as it is harder to liquidate quickly from cold wallets. Such a transfer can also relieve short-term sell pressure if there are other similar transactions that follow.
This transfer is also significant in terms of timing. This came at a time when there was increased interest in Ripple’s ecosystem, hinting that larger players might be accumulating.
RLUSD Stablecoin Surges to 76 Million in Supply
According to data cited by AAVE, Ripple’s new stablecoin RLUSD had its circulating supply rise from zero to 76 million between April 21 and April 25. The coin runs on the XRP Ledger and is expected to facilitate decentralized finance functions like payments, lending, and trading.

The early demand is signaled by the sharp increase in just four days. The supply growth of stablecoins can indicate increased user interest and liquidity needs, as they are often used as the base currency for transactions. Ripple is seen as trying to compete in the wider stablecoin market through RLUSD’s expansion.
This could add utility to the XRP Ledger by increasing network usage. The faster adoption of RLUSD may also push developers and applications to build on the platform.
Institutional Green Light: U.S. Fed Shift and Brazil’s XRP ETF Boost Momentum
The U.S. Federal Reserve revealed that it was withdrawing previous guidance that had prohibited banks from conducting crypto-asset and dollar token activities, including those related to XRP. As a result, this update allows banks to engage in crypto-related activities, including those involving the XRP Ledger, provided they meet supervisory expectations. This is a major step in bringing blockchain into the U.S. banking system.
At the same time, Brazil’s B3 stock exchange became the first in the world to launch XRPH11, the world’s first spot XRP ETF, managed by Hashdex and Genial Investimentos. The fund will invest at least 95% of its equity directly or indirectly in XRP. Giving institutional investors regulated access to the digital asset.
These regulatory and financial milestones together enhance XRP’s credibility as a real-world utility asset and may pave the way for more widespread global adoption.
Technical Structure Shows Possible $30 Target
On the technical side, crypto analyst Steph is Crypto shares a chart showing a classic Elliott Wave pattern forming on XRP’s price chart. It appears to be moving into wave 5, which is normally the last upward thrust in the cycle.

According to the current wave count, the last completed wave 3 is near $2, and wave 4 is retracing slightly. If the market is still interested and the momentum is positive, the projected wave 5 path may rally to $30.
