Belgravia Hartford Secures $1 Million To Grow Bitcoin Treasury

Belgravia Hartford has reportedly obtained fresh funding of $1 million. The company will use the money to increase its Bitcoin treasury. It is a shift that presents an emerging trend of businesses using Bitcoin as a financial hedge.

Belgravia Hartford announced the capital raise as a registered offering in a SEC filing dated June 25, 2025. The money will allow it to expand its direct exposure to Bitcoin and expand with long-term digital asset programs.

Belgravia Hartford Eyes Bigger BTC Holdings

Belgravia Hartford is not new to digital assets. Over the last year, the company has been accumulating its Bitcoin holdings. This recent funding will also help it speed up its Bitcoin treasury strategy.

According to the filing, the company believes Bitcoin is a core reserve asset. This is because it is resistant to inflation, and it is decentralised. This is similar to what other companies like MicroStrategy and Block Inc. are doing.

A spokesperson close to the situation told crypto media that Bitcoin is no longer a speculative token. The practice is becoming part of the corporate finance handbook.

A Strategic Treasury Drift

Belgravia Hartford has raised $1 million. The funds will be used to purchase more Bitcoin. It will also help strengthen the company’s balance sheet. Some money may go toward crypto custody and compliance infrastructure.

Belgravia Hartford’s plan aligns with a trend toward companies converting their dormant cash to Bitcoin. This is gaining momentum in 2025, with interest in digital stores of value because of high inflation and weak fiat currencies.

The company has not revealed the amount of Bitcoins that it holds. Analysts believe the company could buy 12 to 15 BTC with this investment. That’s based on the current rate of about $65,000 per Bitcoin.

A Sign of Corporate Confidence in Bitcoin

The move by Belgravia Hartford increases the growing confidence level of Bitcoin among institutions. More than a dozen companies have shifted their treasuries into Bitcoin in 2025. They’ve done so either through direct purchases or by investing via Bitcoin ETFs.

Analysts say this indicates an increased faith in the idea of Bitcoin as digital gold.

“Treasury portfolio diversification with Bitcoin is a sensible evolutionary step by many companies,” said Liam Ross, a digital assets analyst at Cryptonomix Research. It serves as an inflation hedge and a long-term upside.

Ross further added that the funding round amount for Belgravia Hartford is small. Still, it might encourage other mid-sized companies to do the same.

Corporate Crypto Moves Gaining Clarity from Regulators

The expansion of the treasury of Belgravia Hartford did not come by chance. At the start of 2025, the American and Canadian regulators shed new light on the accounting and custody of Bitcoin in corporations. This has given hope to the companies that were on the minds.

As the SEC filing shows, the firm fully complies with current disclosure requirements with a certain degree of transparency. This might attract traditional investors.

Several spot Bitcoin ETFs have recently gained approval in Canada and the U.S. This allows companies like Belgravia Hartford to gain broader, safer, and more compliant exposure to cryptocurrency.

Belgravia Hartford Ushers Bitcoin into the Boardroom

The fundraising of Belgravia Hartford of $1 Million might not attract as much attention as a billion-dollar MicroStrategy deal.

However, it is an indication of a gradual change in corporate thinking. The story should be heard clearly: Bitcoin is not on the outskirts anymore, but in the boardroom.

If the market environment is favourable, additional companies will likely consider such treasury options. Belgravia Hartford is, in that regard, slightly ahead of the times.
