- NVDA market analysis shows the stock could hit $200 soon.
The space of crypto and AI is developing quickly, with Nvidia leading this charge. This occurred after the recent news of the Nvidia stock hitting $4 Trillion market cap in June.
The main driver of the AI markets, NVDA’s goal is to ensure ease of communication between humans and machines while capitalizing on AI. This makes it a stock to keep an eye on. Let’s analyze its outlook for the coming moments and why it has seen the overnight surge.
Why Nvidia Stock Is Rising?
The Kobeissi Letter noted that Nvidia stock prices jumped to a new ATH of $170/share. This happened before the U.S. stock market opened. This jump followed an announcement by the company that sales of its H20 artificial intelligence chip to China would resume.
The company also launched a fully compliant GPU that targets the needs of the Chinese market. This news came after a meeting between the Nvidia CEO, Jensen Huang, and President Trump.
Trump overturned previously imposed export controls by the Commerce Department, which had cost Nvidia billions. Earlier, Huang argued that these controls did not benefit the U.S. tech leadership.
This followed as Nvidia declared that it had lost a possible $8 Billion due to discontinued Chinese sales. This translated to an additional 15 percent increase in quarterly profits.

This market proved essential, considering half of the world’s AI researchers were in China. The NVDA price increase has been exceptional. This was because its market cap touched $3 Trillion in June 2024, and $1 trillion in May 2023.
This showed that the stock had doubled its capitalization year in and year out. This development highlighted that Nvidia led the wave of AI and pursues its global expansion vigorously.
How Experts View Nvidia Stock In Future
Besides this surge, key industrial experts like Jim Cramer advocated for holding the AI-themed stock. Cramer has worked for Goldman Sachs before becoming a hedge fund manager.
Through a post on X, formerly Twitter, Watcher Guru stressed Jim’s view on Nvidia stock ownership. While advising against liquidating the asset, the analysts said;

This further put the Nvidia stock in a better position, corroborating the recent surge that has been caused by the U.S. news. This leaves us to the million-dollar question: Where is the NVDA price headed?
What Does The NVDA Price Analysis Say?
The price action of Nvidia fell slightly from the high attained overnight as it touched the level at $164.07. However, the overall chart showed it was still in a good uptrend.
Previously, the Nvidia stock price had pierced through the important resistance zone at around $150. This surge turned it into a support, with the next pertinent stage priced at below $200.
The weekly pattern indicated the escape from a long-term range of $90 – $150. This indicates a bullish continuation.

On the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF), NVDA had 0.14, showing positive capital inflows, and buyers were dominant.
Assuming the NVDA price remains above the $150 mark, the stock price movement might increase to $200. This could mimic Netflix, Meta, and other stocks rated highly.
On the other hand, a failure to support the price at $150 could reveal a retest of the $125 price. This could ignite a retest of the lower band at $90. This would produce a subsequent larger leg-up compared to the current one.
The breakout was followed by a rise in the CMF, indicating support for continued price gains. However, this could be negated by persistent selling pressure.
