Key Insights:
- Solana Price Prediction surge highlights ETF inflows driving institutional accumulation.
- A short liquidity trap is expected if Solana pushes above $247 resistance.
- SOL price nears $200 after a bullish breakout above $190 level.
Solana price is consolidating after a strong rally, holding firmly above the $180 support. The broader crypto market also cooled slightly, with Bitcoin maintaining levels above $115K and Ethereum over $4,200.
Despite minor pullbacks, SOL recently touched the $200 mark after a bullish breakout. Rising trading volumes further supported this.
This surged 53.69% to $5.68 Billion in the past 24 hours. According to analysts, the momentum is being boosted by the institutional accumulation (the inflows of ETFs).
The network has also recorded a milestone of 100,000 transactions per second. It’s the first large blockchain to reach this point. With bullish sentiment intact, traders question whether the Solana price could test the $300 level by August 2025.
Analyst Targets $250 Solana Price Prediction Amid Consolidation
A crypto analyst has revealed other observations regarding Solana’s price activity. This happened as the picture markets consolidate along with trendline support.
The analysis brings out the two scenarios that traders might have. The failure to hold the price in the $170 -$167 area may result in a long setup. The buy-back is in the higher range, with targets reaching $240-$250. This action may create a position with short-term swings.
Conversely, a modest setup can form as the Solana price runs into the $247-$252 area. The range also offers an opportunity to short the market. This may entrap late buyers and drain liquidity.
Solana Breaks Record With 100K TPS
Solana price recently achieved a new record temporarily, with a speed of 107,540 transactions per second on its mainnet. Mert Mumtaz, co-founder of Helius, a Solana developer tools company, reported the achievement.
The achievement was when a block recorded more than 43,000 successful transactions with scant failures. Mumtaz talked of Solana as the biggest breakthrough blockchain in terms of throughput.

However, analysts added that most of the activity was in the noop calls, not real user trades. Verified throughput is more in the 1,050 TPS. It is primarily propped up by validator vote transactions that create network consensus and not actual user transactions.
Developers have expressed that Solana can unite to provide 80100k TPS in a practical application, such as transfers and oracle updates. Currently, memecoins take up most of the activity, and Pumpfun leads with 62% of the value locked.
Another proposal called Alpenglow is being worked on to minimize the finality of blocks to 150 milliseconds. This could also help reinvent the network’s performance.
Solana Price Prediction as Eyes 65% Upside With Key Breakout
Solana price traded at $181 on Monday, marking a slight decrease of 1% over the past 24 hours. Despite broader market hesitation, Solana held its ground, keeping traders focused on the critical $180 support region.
The Average Directional Index (ADX) is 18.47 at present. This indicated that the directional trend is weak. The MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) is neutral, suggesting that there is not much momentum.
The indicator points to a possible market reversal. If this reversal happens, it could signal a shift in momentum. That shift may support a bullish move during the recovery phase.

Solana is still hitting rather tight ranges, with the $180 price level representing a robust short-term support line. Positively, on the upside, there is observed immediate resistance at $200. There, regularly, a selling pressure has limited gains.
Once the momentum gains traction above the $200 mark, the next significant resistance will be at the $250 level. It can test bullish momentum. An effective break of this resistance would form a pathway to the price of $300. This is a 65% rise from the current prices.
