Fidelity Leads Fourth Straight Day of Ethereum ETF Outflows
Ethereum ETFs experienced universal selling pressure on September 25 with $251.20 Million in total net outflows. Fidelity’s FETH led the exodus with $158.07 Million in redemptions.
At the same time, it is trading at a 0.59% discount to net asset value. The massive outflow is the largest single-fund redemption during the four-day losing streak.

Grayscale’s ETHE contributed $30.27 million in outflows despite trading at a modest 0.07% premium. The legacy fund faces redemption pressure as institutional investors rotate toward newer, lower-fee alternatives.
Grayscale’s ETH product added $26.14 million in selling pressure while maintaining standard discount levels. Bitwise ETHW recorded $27.60 million in outflows while multiple CBOE-listed products showed smaller but consistent selling pressure.
VanEck ETHV, Franklin EZET, 21Shares TETH, and Invesco QETH each posted outflows ranging from $1.44 Million to $2.98 Million. No single fund managed positive flows during the session.
BlackRock’s ETHA showed zero activity rather than inflows, a rare pause for the typically dominant institutional magnet.
Trading volume reached $3.31 Billion across Ethereum ETFs. Total net assets declined to $25.59 Billion, which is 5.46% of Ethereum’s total market capitalization.
Weekly Ethereum ETF Outflows Accelerate to $547 Million
The four-day losing streak has generated $547.26 Million in weekly outflows for Ethereum ETF products ending September 25. Selling pressure has intensified in recent days. It followed brief positive sessions on September 18 and 19.
Those days saw inflows of $213.07 Million and $47.75 Million, respectively. Institutional selling has been steadily rising. Outflows hit $75.95 Million on September 22 and $140.75 Million on September 23. They surged to $79.36 Million on September 24 and $251.20 Million on September 25.
Historical data reveal this is one of the most sustained outflow periods since the Ethereum ETF launch. Previous weekly periods showed mixed performance with occasional large positive sessions offsetting smaller negative days.
ETF flow data shows 60,542 ETH tokens were sold through institutional channels on September 25 alone. Combined with 2,240 BTC sold through Bitcoin ETFs, institutional crypto exposure faces a broad reduction.
The weekly performance contrasts sharply with the strength of earlier September when Ethereum ETFs attracted notable inflows.
Analyst Reveals $4,841 as an Important Breakout Level
Analyst Ali sees $4,841 as Ethereum’s key breakout level. Reclaiming it could set the stage for a rally toward $5,864.

Failure to break this resistance could cause a correction toward $2,750. It is a substantial downside from current levels around $3,900. Crypto Tony noted his $3,900 target has been reached, emphasizing the importance of bulls maintaining support above this level.
The analyst highlighted that ETH’s 4-hour RSI dropped below 15, just the 19th time it has happened in 10 years. This extreme oversold reading suggests potential for sharp bounces.
The current price of around $3,900 is a test of crucial technical support that has held during previous corrections.
Tony’s analysis suggests this level is a make-or-break support for maintaining a bullish market structure. A break below could accelerate selling toward Ali’s $2,750 correction target.
