After weeks of volatility, the SEI price is consolidating while trading analysts are on the lookout for pivotal breakout levels. Moreover, bullish technical formations and increasing inflows indicate a rise in investor confidence.
As a result, the market outlook has gained further momentum with speculation of a possible ETF filing by the SEI.
SEI Price Holds Key Support as Breakout Setup Forms
According to Ali, SEI crypto is drawing a large symmetrical triangle on the daily chart. The structure suggests tightening consolidation, which is a common precursor to a major price expansion.
At press, the SEI price traded around $0.22, just above its support trendline. Additionally, bounces within this zone suggest that buyers remain active at lower levels.

Ali noted that a breakout above $0.31 would then trigger a rally towards $0.65, a 190% increase from the current level. This projection corresponds to the 1.272 Fibonacci extension in the chart, which is a measured breakout target.
Moreover, the RSI is stabilizing after prolonged selling pressure, which is a sign of renewed accumulation. Hence, support above $0.22 will be crucial to preventing a deeper correction.
SEI Price Eyes Next Wave as Elliott Model Holds Strong
Meanwhile, the SEI crypto price has jumped almost 69% from the recent low, according to Asaf Naamani. He indicated that the asset still tracks his Elliott Wave model well.
At this point, the fourth major price target for the SEI price is close to $55.26. Additionally, Asaf said that if SEI were to reverse this level into support, it could move higher towards $59.84-$62.83.

The analyst noted that the structure above the previous resistance is key to the next wave of momentum. His Fibonacci Projection model suggests that the overall uptrend is holding.
Additionally, he congratulated traders who had followed his technical roadmap for their patience and discipline.
The wave count also indicates the possibility of SEI going into a phase of consolidation before the next impulse move. Thus, traders are watching volatility in the short-term as they position for the continuation of a move to the upside.
On-Chain Data Shows SEI Inflows Quadrupled This Month
On-chain activity has also reinforced the market position of SEI crypto. Marc Shawn Brown reported that in the last 14 days, SEI inflows have increased nearly four times.
According to his figures, average daily inflows have exceeded $10 Million since early October. Additionally, the volume spike indicates a continued growth in network engagement and token accumulation.
This increasing inflows trend tends to be an indicator of early accumulation phases by larger holders. Thus, analysts view this as a positive sign of long-term investor confidence.
Wallet data backs this up. This shows an increase in the number of addresses holding between 10,000 and 100,000 SEI. Additionally, such activity typically precedes periods of increased volatility in maturing markets.
However, the mix of inflows and steady technical structural support adds to SEI’s medium-term bullish bias.
ETF Speculation Boosts Sentiment Across SEI Community
Adding to market interest, SeiWizard announced an ETF-related filing, titled ETF Opportunities Trust, submitted to the U.S. SEC. The document is filed under Form N-1A Amendment No. 410, and dated October 3, 2025.
Although the filing does not explicitly confirm a SEI-backed ETF, the timing has generated considerable speculation within the community. The high sentiment that typically results from speculation on ETFs is exacerbated when technical conditions are already favorable.
If the matter is proven, such advancements would be a significant milestone for SEI’s institutional exposure. Moreover, it is consistent with the general direction of blockchain assets being incorporated into regulated investment vehicles.
