Chainlink Teams Up with SBI Digital as LINK Eyes $16 Rebound

Chainlink price is gaining momentum again after consolidating for weeks below resistance. The upside is renewed after it struck a strategic partnership with Japan’s SBI Digital Markets (SBIDM).

As more institutions adopt it, analysts are predicting that the LINK price will test the $16 level in the near future. This will mark the start of a potential uptrend.

Chainlink Price Forms Bullish Pattern After SBI Deal

Chainlink price rose after SBI Digital Markets announced the integration of Chainlink‘s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP). This collaboration enables the secure and compliant tokenized asset transfers between public and private blockchains.

The integration had an immediate positive impact on investor sentiment, and buying interest was renewed at around the $15 region. Analyst CryptoPulse identified an Inverse Head and Shoulders formation on the one-hour chart.

The neckline is located at approximately $16 to $16.30, and the support level is around $14.70. A confirmed breakout above resistance could send Chainlink to $17 in the short term. However, anything below $14.00 would break the bullish structure and indicate another retracement.

Trading volumes have moved up since the announcement of the partnership, indicating renewed institutional confidence. CryptoPulse observed that buyers are holding the $15.40 zone with strong reactions.

If momentum is holding, a break above $16 could confirm the completion of the pattern. The partnership has also introduced a long-term fundamental driver. This strengthens Cross-chain link’s standing as the preferred layer of interoperability for tokenized finance.

SBI Integration Strengthens Chainlink’s Institutional Presence

The partnership between Chainlink and the SBIDM project represents a continuation of the growing connection between traditional finance and decentralized networks. SBIDM, a unit of Japan’s SBI Group, is using Chainlink’s CCIP as the sole method of interoperability.

The system also includes CCIP Private Transactions. This enables the protection of sensitive trade data and settlement instructions from external access. This partnership is based on the previous Project Guardian initiative, spearheaded by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Singapore’s monetary authority.

That project featured UBS Asset Management, SBIDM, and Chainlink. This demonstrated the blockchain automation for fund management. SBIDM plans to expand into a full-scale digital asset hub. It will support the issuance, settlement, and trading of tokenized securities.

For investors, this integration helps to validate Chainlink’s institutional-grade reliability. As major financial institutions use CCIP, the liquidity and compliance across networks are improved.

Daily Chart Points to $20 Resistance Recovery for Chainlink Price

Analyst CryptoWZRD noted that the daily chart of the Chainlink price showed an early recovery trend. The price movement remains under the control of a descending resistance line from September.

However, a close above $16 on an intraday basis would confirm a breakout and call for a potential rally to $20 to $24.

Momentum indicators also signaled a return to early strength for LINK. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is slowly increasing, with higher buying interest being confirmed. According to CryptoWZRD, the weakening of Bitcoin dominance may continue to drive the rise of LINK.

The near-term range is relatively narrow between $15.80 and $16.90, with traders looking for confirmation of breakout strength. Maintaining levels above $15 will prove to be essential to continue the recovery trend.

Analysts Link Chainlink’s Rally to Institutional Confidence

According to market strategist Joshua Valivano, the rebound of LINK is similar to how institutions have been accumulating. He stated that the formation of higher lows in the chart is an indication of long-term buyers stepping in on dips.

This addition, coupled with the SBI deal, indicates Chainlink’s expanding integration into international settlement systems through SWIFT and ANZ Bank. Valivano stressed that institutional liquidity is vital in supporting sustainable rallies.

These big players are stabilizers, smoothing volatility and providing predictable network demand. As Chainlink’s partnerships grow, LINK has the potential to become one of the major liquidity anchors of tokenized assets.

He added that if the price closes firmly above $16 with increasing volume, LINK could continue its climb above $20. The technical structure and institutional growth are now complementary and forming a strong base for a long-term bullish cycle.
