Bitcoin price traded near $77,250 on Sept. 13 after pulling back from its recent move above $82,000. BTC remained above key moving averages as traders watched a newly confirmed golden cross.
The broader structure remains constructive while $76,100 holds. Analyst Aksel Kibar identified $82,800 as the main resistance level, while Michaël van de Poppe sees room for $90,000 to $92,000 if Bitcoin breaks higher.
Bitcoin Price Golden Cross Forms Near $70K
The daily Bitcoin price chart shows the 50-day simple moving average crossing above the 200-day simple moving average. Traders call this setup a golden cross. The crossover formed near the $70,000 area after Bitcoin rebounded sharply from its summer lows. Bitcoin fell below $60,000 in late June before recovering through July and August.
BTC crypto now trades well above both averages, with the 50-day line turning higher. The 200-day average has also started to flatten after months of decline. Bitcoin then accelerated from the mid-$60,000 region in late August and briefly moved above $82,000 in early September. The crossover tracks improving medium-term momentum, although it does not confirm a fixed price target.

The latest candles continue to hold above the moving-average crossover, leaving the broader recovery structure unchanged as traders await a break from the current range.
Bitcoin Price Prediction: $76.1K Becomes the Key Support Level
Kibar places the main short-term support at $76,100 after Bitcoin price retreated from the $82,000 area. He says bulls need to defend that level while price builds a tighter range. Bitcoin has recently traded between roughly $76,000 and $82,000 after its strong August recovery. Several daily candles have also closed inside that range since the early September peak.

Kibar identifies $82,800 as the upper boundary of the current structure. A tight consolidation between $76,100 and $82,800 could prepare Bitcoin for another breakout attempt. A break below $76,100 would instead widen the consolidation and keep lower support levels in focus.
BTC Crypto Target $92K Next
Van de Poppe expects Bitcoin to spend some time consolidating before another upward impulse. His next target area sits between $90,000 and $92,000. He says rising market phases often produce shorter sideways corrections instead of deep pullbacks. That view keeps the current range central to the next directional move.

A separate weekly chart marks an overhead resistance zone in the low-$90,000 region. That area sits above the recent $82,000 rejection and would require Bitcoin price to clear the current range first. The BTC crypto prediction also shows momentum recovering after a long decline earlier in 2026. Weekly momentum indicators have turned higher from recent lows as price rebounds toward resistance.
Bitcoin Dominance Tests Rising Trend Support
Bitcoin dominance is near 59.21% on the daily chart, down from levels above 60% earlier in September. The measure now sits close to a rising trendline that has supported the structure since June. That trendline has connected several higher lows over the past three months. Dominance previously climbed toward 60.4% before reversing toward the current level.

BTC crypto holdings around the trendline would keep the rising dominance structure intact. A break below it would weaken that pattern and show a larger share of crypto market value shifting toward other assets.
Bitcoin price therefore sits between a clear support level and a defined resistance range. The golden cross adds a fresh technical signal, while $82,800 blocks the immediate upside. A move through that level would place $90,000 to $92,000 back in view.
