Strive Bitcoin Holdings Hit 32,773 BTC After $280M Purchase
Strive Buys 3,311 BTC as Total Bitcoin Holdings Reach 32,773

Strive added another 3,311 Bitcoin to its balance sheet last week, bringing its total to 32,773 BTC, according to an October 13 SEC filing.

This is the largest purchase in a string of buys that picked up pace in late September. In the same update, Strive reported progress on its warrant exercises and put a hard pricing floor on its SATA perpetual preferred stock.

Strive Buys 3,311 Bitcoin, Expanding Treasury to 32,773 BTC

The filing shows Strive bought the coins between October 5 and October 9 at an average price of about $84,500 per Bitcoin, fees and expenses included. That puts the estimated cost at about $279.78 million.

Holdings rose from 29,462 BTC on October 2 to 32,773 BTC on October 9. This was the biggest single purchase in the company’s recent run.

Strive bought 1,462 BTC on October 2, 539 BTC on September 30, 1,107 BTC on September 25, 1,355 BTC on September 18 and 469 BTC on September 11. Counting the latest buy, those six purchases add up to 8,243 BTC at a combined cost of roughly $687.4 million.

Strive started its Bitcoin treasury strategy in September 2025 with 69 BTC received through a merger-related exchange with Asset Entities. Its first large direct purchase, about 5,816 BTC, came that same month.

Bitcoin Holdings Reach $2.697 Billion at $82,300 per BTC

At a Bitcoin price of $82,300 on October 9, the 32,773 BTC treasury was worth about $2.697 billion.

That price is below the $84,500 average paid for the newest batch. On paper, the 3,311 BTC bought last week was worth about $272.5 million on October 9, around $7.3 million less than what the company spent.

Cash went up too. The company reported $310.3 million in cash and cash equivalents on October 9, compared with $284.7 million a week earlier.

The balance grew by $25.6 million in the same week the company spent close to $280 million on Bitcoin. The filing also lists changes in shares outstanding and preferred stock, but it does not tie this purchase to one specific funding source.

Strive also still holds 505,000 STRC preferred shares, with a fair value of $50.328 million as of October 9.

$208M in Warrants Exercised as Strive Prepares for Expiring Warrants

Holders have exercised about $208 million in warrants so far. Another $15.3 million in warrants are still outstanding and expire at 5:00 PM ET on October 13.

A warrant gives its holder the right to buy shares at a set price before a deadline. When holders exercise, the company receives cash. These warrants trace back to Strive’s May 2025 financing, when it announced a $750 million PIPE with up to $750 million more tied to warrant exercises.

Any warrants not exercised by the deadline lapse, and the company would not collect the remaining $15.3 million. Whether holders act depends mostly on where the ASST share price sits compared with the exercise price.

What the SATA Preferred Stock Pricing Restriction Means for Investors

Strive also formalized the $100 minimum issuance price for SATA stock, its perpetual preferred, as a binding restriction in its governing documents.

The floor was already part of the company’s stated approach. Writing it into the governing documents makes it a rule that the company has to follow.

This means the company cannot sell new SATA shares for less than $100 each. For people who already own SATA stock, that limits the risk of the company selling new preferred shares at a discount to raise money quickly and diluting existing holders.

For investors watching SATA stock, the $100 level is now a line the company has committed not to cross.
