Chainlink price has seen a substantial 20% surge over the past 24 hours. This positioned the altcoin among the market’s top gainers. Bullish momentum had helped LINK jump over the support level of $26. This indicated renewed confidence by retail and institutional investors.
The rally has also been attributed to whale activity. On-chain evidence indicates that large investors acquired over $21 million of LINK within one day. This buying frenzy has further boosted confidence regarding the token’s medium-term prospects.
The recent breakout indicates that a long-term rally may raise the Chainlink price to $50 in the forthcoming months. The broader cryptocurrency market has also supported the rise. Over the past 24 hours, the total market gained 1.01%, extending its seven-day advance to 2.16%.
Over the last 30 days, digital assets collectively climbed 5.64%. Bitcoin remains steady above $117,000 while Ethereum trades close to $4,500. This reinforced bullish momentum across major altcoins.
Analyst Suggests Chainlink Price May Approach $50
An analyst on crypto has pointed out that Bitcoin is in a breakout against the Chainlink price. As per the analysis, LINK has been finding support for a long time and is gaining strength.
This trajectory indicates that, provided this breakout survives, the price may gain considerable momentum over the next few weeks.

The analyst said it could open the path to the $50 mark earlier than expected once it moves up vigorously. The analysis follows, and LINK has shown significant growth. With this, a resistance zone where its advances have been limited is being breached.
Chainlink Derivatives Trading Volume Surges Amid Growth
Chainlink-related derivatives trading has surged by more than 235%. The total value now stands at a remarkable $4.63 billion. This is a great improvement, suggesting increased demand and engagement in the market.

Meanwhile, open interest, which quantifies the aggregate value of open derivative contracts, increased by 37%. The current value has risen to about 1.77 billion.
This implies that more traders are holding active positions in LINK-based products. The movements reflect an increasing pace in Chainlink’s derivatives sector.
Chainlink Price Holds Gains, Eyes $30 Breakout Soon.
LINK hovered at $25.79, marking a modest surge of 20% over the past 24 hours. On the 4-hour chart, the Chainlink price reached a high of $26.22 before facing selling pressure. With this, support is seen near the $25.00 region.

LINK trading has been in an ascending channel, as the chart shows the continuation of the bullish momentum. However, short-term consolidation has been brought about by a rejection at the higher high of the channel.
The closest resistance level is around $28, with a significant resistance point at $30. An emphatic close beyond the $30 mark may set the stage for a rally up to $32.
Negatively, the primary support levels are set at approximately $23 and $20. The possible breach of the channel trendline downwards may provoke a retest of these areas.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 69, close to the overbought zone. This implies that Chainlink price could experience short-term selling pressure when the buying momentum declines.
In the meantime, the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) index is positive and equals 0.16. This suggests stable inflows into LINK.
