BNB crypto has reached a new all-time high of $962. This happened after Changpeng Zhao, aka CZ, revealed a fresh treasury strategy during discussions with B Strategy founder Leon Lu.

CZ sat down with B Strategy founder Leon Lu to discuss the launch of a U.S.-listed BNB Treasury Company. The project also receives backing from YZi Labs. Lu described the project as targeting institutional adoption through regulated treasury products.

CZ called BNB crypto a “true utility coin.” He asserted that the token has native functionality across multiple blockchains during the interview.

He highlighted centralized exchange use cases. This includes trading discounts, yield generation, launchpad access, and launch pool participation.

The former Binance CEO noted “very few coins have this type of benefit” across centralized and decentralized ecosystems. CZ also highlighted strong network effects in Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

CZ described the “undeveloped potential” as a major advantage for treasury applications. He also disclosed that he has received approaches from over 50 potential DAT teams specifically for BNB projects.
