U.S.-listed Bitcoin ETFs, along with their Ethereum counterparts, have seen significant inflows over the past week, attracting substantial institutional capital. Furthermore, inflows across the broader crypto market have remained robust over the past week. Overall, market sentiment remains upbeat as the BTC price reached an all-time high of above $125,000 earlier today.
U.S. Bitcoin ETFs Clocked $3.2 Billion Inflows Last Week
Last week, spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded inflows of $3.2 billion, marking the second-largest weekly inflow on record. As a result, the year-to-date inflows for this product have reached $25 billion. On the other hand, the total inflows since their launch in January 2024 have now surpassed $60 billion, as per data from Farside Investors.

Amid these strong ETF inflows, the Bitcoin price has been on a strong rally. BTC has gained more than 11% on the weekly chart, hitting a fresh all-time high of $125,500 earlier today. Blockchain analytics firm Glassnode noted that renewed institutional demand is boosting market momentum, reversing weeks of prior outflows. Continued inflows indicate growing structural support heading into the fourth quarter.
BlackRock iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) has been leading the majority of recent inflows. IBIT’s net inflows since inception have crossed $62 billion, with its net assets under management now approaching $95 billion. The IBIT share price is now trading above $71, thereby extending its monthly gains to more than 12%.
Bitcoin ETFs Lead Crypto Market Inflows
As per data from CoinShares, digital asset investment products recorded inflows of $5.95 billion last week, marking the largest weekly inflows on record. Analysts attribute the surge to a delayed market response to the FOMC interest rate cut. This, combined with weak employment data from Wednesday’s ADP Payroll release, and concerns over U.S. government stability amid the ongoing shutdown, raises concerns.

Strong price action pushed total assets under management (AuM) to a new all-time high of $254 billion. The positive sentiment was widespread but concentrated in the U.S, which alone contributed $5.0 billion.
BTC led the inflows, attracting $3.55 billion, the largest weekly inflow on record. Bitcoin ETFs had the largest contribution across all Bitcoin ETF products. Despite approaching all-time high prices, investors avoided short products.
On the other hand, Ethereum saw $1.48 billion in inflows, pushing year-to-date (YTD) inflows to $13.7 billion. This is nearly three times the total inflows from last year. At the same time, Solana also posted record weekly inflows of $706.5 million, bringing YTD inflows to $2.58 billion.
Ethereum ETF Demand Spikes With Greater Institutional Participation
Inflows into spot Ethereum ETFs resumed at a pace last week. Last week, Ether ETFs saw a total of $1.295 billion worth of inflows. BlackRock led the activity, contributing $691.7 million in Ethereum purchases.
This makes it the largest single ETF buyer during the period. Fidelity’s FETH also recorded healthy inflows at $304 million, while Grayscale’s Ether ETF saw $105 million in net inflows. The strong ETF demand underscores growing institutional interest in Ethereum as the token approaches key price levels.

In a first-of-its-kind move in the crypto market, Grayscale Investments has introduced a staking feature for its U.S.-listed Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHE) and Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF (ETH). The announcement comes as Ethereum rebounds, with the token approaching potential all-time highs.
Grayscale clarified that ETHE and ETH are not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Thus, they are not subject to the same regulatory requirements or protections as traditional 40 Act-registered ETFs and mutual funds.
