Nvidia Stock has become the center of attention in global markets. The company reported record earnings and gave strong guidance for the next quarter. Investors had worried about an AI Bubble forming, but Nvidia’s results showed demand is still rising.

Gaming revenuetotaledt $4.2 billion, while professional visualization and automotivesectors added steady gains. The company’s Blackwell Ultra GPU became the main driver of growth. CEO Jensen Huang said sales of Blackwell chips were “off the charts.”

Cloud GPUs were sold out, and demand for compute power continues to rise. Nvidia also announced infrastructure projects equal to five million GPUs during the quarter. These projects involved cloud providers, sovereign groups, and enterprises.

NVIDIA’s Stock surged more than 4% in after-hours trading after the earnings release. Analysts noted that margins remained strong at over 73%. This shows Nvidia’s pricing power and leadership in AI hardware.

Why the “AI Bubble” Fear Got Crushed

Many investors had feared that the AI Bubble was forming. They worried that money flowing into AI was too fast and unsustainable. Some even sold positions before the earnings report. But Nvidia’s results told a different story. Demand for its chips remains very high.

Cloud companies, research labs, and large tech firms continue to buy more units every quarter. Jensen Huang explained that stronger AI models create a greater demand for computing power. This cycle keeps pushing sales higher.

He said concerns about an AI Bubble do not match what Nvidia sees in the market. Orders for Blackwell chips are stronger than anything the company has seen before. Even market watchers are breathing a sigh of relief.

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas summed it up perfectly on X: “The end of the world has been postponed. phew.” He highlighted Nvidia’s strong $65 billion forecast as a signal that demand for its AI gear remains robust, countering fears of unsustainable spending.

He noted that Nvidia could deliver more net income in one quarter than its rivals make in a year. This shows how far ahead the company has moved in the market. It is clear proof of Nvidia’s dominance.

Nvidia also entered 59 AI deals worth $23.7 billion in 2025. These included partnerships with Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI. The company even committed to investing up to $100 billion in OpenAI. These deals show Nvidia’s deep role in the AI ecosystem.

Market Outlook and Analyst Views on Nvidia Stock

Nvidia Stock now faces key levels in trading. Analysts say the stock must rise above $208 to confirm the next leg higher. A clean break above this level could pave the way for $226. If the stock falls below $178, the setup weakens and delays the move.

Despite these technical signals, analysts remain bullish. One major platform shows 37 buy ratings, 1 hold, and 1 sell. The average target sits near $243, with some calls as high as $350.

Their reason is simple: AI spending is still rising. Data centers continue to expand workloads, and Nvidia’s chips remain essential.

Nvidia guided for $65 billion in Q4 revenue. This outlook exceeded analyst forecasts and boosted confidence across the tech sector. The company believes profits in the next year may even surpass the full sales of some rivals.
