The CRM stock price is currently sustaining above the $197.57 support level. The sellers are making the price form a higher low structure. There is a trendline resistance which is making the price fall wherever the price is retesting it.

The CRM stock price is currently trading between the 50 and 200 EMAs. This shows that the price is facing equal pressure from the sellers and buyers. Currently, the price is retesting the 50-day EMA. If it closes above the 50-day EMA, it may rise to retest the trendline resistance again.

However, if it fails to close above the 50-day EMA then it may move toward the 200-day EMA.

The current insider activity within the company suggests that it’s prudent to await strong confirmation. As long as the price remains above the $197.57 support level, there is potential for strong buyer support. If this support level holds, the price may rise in the upcoming trading days.

In this scenario, if the price gives a breakout of the trendline it may reach its $226.71 resistance level. If it also breaks above this level, it may reach the next resistance at $238.49.

If the price gives the breakdown of the $197.57 support level and sustains below it while forming a bearish candle, it may fall to its next two support levels at $187.37 and $170.43.

Conclusion

The CRM stock price is currently facing pressure from both sellers and buyers which leaves the price in an indecisive state regarding its future direction. As long as the price is sustained above its current support level, it may rise in the upcoming days. If it rises and gives the breakout of the trendline, then it may rise to its resistance levels at $226.71 and then $238.49.

On the other hand, if the price gives the breakdown of the $197.57 support level. It may then fall to its next support levels below which are $187.37 and $170.43.
