Cardano Price Recovers From Dip: Analysts Eye $7.50 Target
  • Cardano’s price soared by nearly $1 while observers anticipated more gains.
  • Analysts believed a potential push toward $7.50 by mid-2025.
  • No significant declines appeared likely as long as ADA stayed above $0.8.

Cardano (ADA) recovered from Monday’s meltdown. It climbed by 4.09% in the past 24 hours to trade at $0.9593 at the time of writing.

The Cardano price showed resilience near key support levels, regaining momentum after dipping to a low of $0.873. Analysts remained optimistic, predicting that the ADA price could extend its gains if it sustains its recovery above $1.

Analysts Underlined Cardano Price Retest

Cardano’s price action reflected a strong rebound from its weekly lows, with buyers stepping in to defend the $0.8-$0.87 support zone.

Analyst AMCrypto noted that there was “no need to panic” as long as ADA held this level. This suggested that healthy corrections often precede more significant rallies.

AMCrypto referenced previous cycles where the Cardano price consolidated around key support before attempting a new leg up. The analyst considered pullbacks healthy and highlighted stable buying interest near $0.8.

The Fibonacci retracement levels on ADA’s daily chart indicated that the $0.96 zone aligned with the 0.5 Fibonacci level. This further served as immediate resistance.

If the ADA price breaks above this level, the next primary target would be the 0.618 level near $1.00. The Cardano price has historically struggled to sustain gains above $1, making this level a critical hurdle.

At the same time, the ascending trendline support, which had been guiding ADA’s uptrend, showed signs of weakness. A decisive move back above this trendline could confirm a bullish reversal. This could open the door for a retest of higher price levels.

Bullish Predictions Targeted $7.50 Mark

Tyler Burke drew parallels between ADA’s recent pattern and its historical fractals. Burke’s chart connected past swing highs and illustrated a possible breakout. This could bring the Cardano price closer to $7.50 in mid-2025.

Carl Moon observed a bullish pennant setup. He suggested the ADA price could break above $1.30 if $0.8 were solid support. However, he warned that the token must hold above $0.8 for the bullish scenario to remain intact.

Observers noted that the Cardano price previously reached an all-time high above $3.00 but struggled to reclaim that zone. Burke’s projection relied on prior movements, indicating that significant fractals were often repeated.

Charles Hoskinson’s Regulatory Steps and Bitcoin Liquidity

Beyond technical indicators, fundamental factors also played a role in the bullish outlook of the Cardano price. ADA’s ecosystem developments gained attention, particularly its Bitcoin liquidity integration.

This brought $1.3 Trillion in liquidity into its decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. Analysts viewed this as a potential catalyst for long-term ADA adoption.

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson also announced plans to establish a policy office in Washington. It aims to influence U.S. crypto regulations. His move toward regulatory clarity could boost investor confidence and improve ADA’s institutional appeal.

The ADA price recovered from its recent drop, reclaiming key support near $0.96. Analysts projected a breakout above $1, with long-term targets as high as $7.50. Regulatory moves and Bitcoin liquidity integration could further strengthen ADA’s bullish case.
