Cardano Price Tests Key Level Amid Inclusion in ProShares Index ETF

Cardano price showed strength on the day, with its value rising to nearly $0.70 at the time of writing. This indicated that the altcoin had gained momentum as its price approached a key resistance level.

That level has been holding back its trajectory since the crash from $0.95 in the past two weeks. The price surged from the $0.60 zone following its inclusion in the ProShares Index ETF.

Shifts in its supply dynamics further fueled this momentum. Despite this slight strength, ADA was still testing at the $0.60 level.

This indicates that there was not enough momentum to push prices past the key resistance. We’ve touched on the recent developments related to the Cardano price. Now, let’s explore the specifics to see what the future might hold for the altcoin.

Cardano Price Tests Key Support Level: What Reaction to Expect?

ADA price was still lingering above the crucial support area, ranging from $0.55 to $0.63. The level has defended the price of the altcoin on multiple occasions in recent months, avoiding further falls.

This level was tested many times, and the results statistically undermined its dependability as a floor. It was an indication that the price was not ready to move at the time.

Should the Cardano price fall below this support level, it may undergo a significant correction. From a numerical perspective, ADA may reach a price level as high as $0.50. It’s a level tested by the candle tails.

The worst-case scenario would be a 48.9% dip to the $0.26 level, the low seen during the flash crash. If the altcoin succeeded in staying above this zone, it would make the position somewhat optimistic. As a result, the price would head back toward $0.95, the high seen before the massive drop.

Further analysis revealed that the Cardano price was attempting to regain its upward momentum. It had recently bounced off key Fibonacci Retracement levels at $0.6245 and $0.6106.

A move above the descending trendline would support a bullish move, with a target in the $0.70–$ 0.72 range. In general, the short-term survival of ADA depended on the ability to reclaim this resistance as support.

ProShares Index ETF To Include ADA, BTC, Among Others

The ProShares Index ETF included Cardano when its price tested the key level at $0.60. ADA was given a 3.67% share in the proposed ProShares CoinDesk Crypto 20 ETF. This allocation was confirmed by data released on October 20, 2025.

The ETF, which was under the Investment Company Act of 1940, included other large cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC). That would account for 29%.

Other constituents included Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), and Solana (SOL), with percentages of 22.32%, 17.80%, and 14.31%.

They were the only tokens that had constituted a bigger portion than that of ADA. The prospective ETF is designed to offer broad-based cryptocurrency exposure without requiring direct ownership.

Supply Dynamics and Scarcity: A Key Driver of Cardano Price Stability

Another notable aspect was the supply dynamics of the top 10 coins, with only three displaying uniqueness. They were unique due to the limited supply of tokens.

For Cardano crypto, the figure was 45 billion, according to a post by TapTools on X. This places ADA alongside Bitcoin and XRP in terms of total supply. While Bitcoin is capped at 21 million and XRP at 100 billion, ADA also has a defined maximum supply.

The capped supply aimed to boost scarcity and value potential, one of the most critical factors for investors. The proof-of-stake blockchain created by Cardano was expected to utilize this constraint to enhance sustainable growth.

In conclusion, key metrics favored the Cardano price staying above the $0.60 zone. However, the risk of a further dip still lingered.
