XRP price prediction models from two crypto analysts pointed toward potential upside after XRP held near $1.40. However, both forecasts relied on historical technical structures rather than confirmed breakout signals.
Dark Defender identified a developing Elliott Wave setup with targets at $4.10 and $7.07. EGRAG Crypto separately compared XRP’s current base with earlier macro expansion cycles.
XRP Price Prediction Compares EMA Structures From Past Cycles
Dark Defender’s weekly chart compares the current XRP price structure with earlier periods when the price moved around several exponential moving averages before a sharp expansion. The chart labels these formations as “jumping patterns” and shows another similar setup developing now.

Several moving averages have gathered near the current trading zone. XRP price previously moved below parts of that cluster during the correction before recovering from the lower support area. The chart now tracks a possible move back through those averages.
The XRP price prediction maps several Fibonacci levels above the current structure. The 23.6% extension sits near $1.12, followed by levels around $1.57 and $1.88. Higher projections place the 261.8% extension near $4.10 and the 361.8% level around $7.08.
The same chart also marks longer-range extensions near $10.11 and $18.23. Those levels depend on XRP crypto clearing the nearby moving averages and continuing the projected expansion.
XRP Crypto Wave 5 Structure Puts $7.07 in View
The 10-day chart provides a closer view of the setup. Dark Defender labels the recent decline as Wave 4 after XRP previously completed a strong upward move from its earlier base.
XRP price touched a rising blue support line during that correction and then moved into a narrowing area below the descending resistance. The two trend lines now create a technical decision zone around the end of the Wave 4 structure.

The Relative Strength Index also forms part of the setup. The chart shows the RSI turning higher from the lower portion of its recent range and producing a bullish crossover. Price still needs to break the descending resistance line before the chart can confirm stronger momentum.
A move through the nearby resistance area would support the projected Wave 5 advance. The technical roadmap places $4.10 at the first major Fibonacci objective, followed by approximately $7.07.
The chart also identifies $2.22 as an important level for the next stage. A recovery above that point would push XRP through another technical barrier and place the Ichimoku structure below price.
Analyst Tracks Another XRP Crypto Expansion Phase
A separate XRP price prediction from EGRAG Crypto focuses on a much broader market cycle. His chart compares three expansion periods and measures how XRP moved after establishing long-term base.
The first marked cycle produced a 2,405% advance, while the second gained about 1,002%. The chart then tracks the current market structure as a third cycle developing above a large support base.

Rather than relying on the short-term Wave 5 structure, this analysis uses previous market expansions to measure possible long-term ranges. XRP price holds above a broad horizontal support zone after retreating from its latest cycle high.
EGRAG’s setup therefore supports the wider expansion case, while the shorter 10-day chart identifies the level price must clear first.
XRP Price Still Faces Resistance Before Higher Targets
XRP traded around $1.40 on Sept. 8, leaving Dark Defender’s first major target nearly three times above market price. Several nearer resistance levels would require clearance first.
Dark Defender’s charts placed $1.88 among the nearer technical barriers. His 10-day analysis then identified $2.22 as another area required for stronger Ichimoku support.
A separate long-term chart from crypto analyst Ali Martinez added another resistance level. Martinez identified $3.66 as the upper boundary of what he described as a decade-long ascending triangle.
He said XRP would require a monthly close above $3.66 to confirm that breakout. His measured technical target would approach $60 only after such confirmation.
That $60 projection remains separate from Dark Defender’s Elliott Wave setup. It also requires XRP to rise well above its current $1.40 price before the pattern becomes actionable.
For now, $1.88 and $2.22 remain the nearer levels within Dark Defender’s framework. Failure to hold the rising Wave 4 support would weaken the current bullish interpretation.
