Bitcoin ETFs and Ethereum ETFs continued their inflow streak this week. Net creations surpassed $1 billion throughout the complex on Wednesday, with an estimated $757 million.
That one-day gain is one of the biggest since their introduction as Bitcoin soared above $114,000. By Friday, the wave continued. Spot Bitcoin ETFs had gained an extra $642 million, and spot Ether ETFs had attracted about $406 million, to complete an impressive five-day run of demand.
SoSoValue data shows that the weekly net inflows are close to $1.7 billion, and the total net assets are close to the $150 billion mark.
The initial move in early 2024 had brought in a series of green weeks, as the money was raised rapidly at the start. It was followed, in the second, more discontinuous stage, which extended into midyear, with gains being periodically interrupted by outflows.

During late Q1 to late Q2 of 2025, we saw repeating large green bars and a growing net-assets line, followed by one oversized red bar in February as a sentiment reset. The recent bars go back to the bullish trend.
The new white line of $1.7 billion weekly picks the white line nearer to its highs. Besides, the orange line of price is bowing upward with higher lows since the beginning of summer.
Fidelity and BlackRock Bitcoin ETFs Lead the Pack
The FBTC of Fidelity and the IBIT of BlackRock continued to be the favored mechanisms of accessing new capital. Friday, FBTC received approximately $315 million, and IBIT received approximately $265 million.
The two together contributed most of the creations of the day, just like they dominated the 757 million-strong burst on Wednesday. The spot Bitcoin ETF cohort turnover was almost at 3.9 billion that day. That indicated two-way trading, despite a net demand being positive.
In the latest five sessions, approximately $2.34 billion in net inflows were chalked up in Bitcoin spot ETFs. The said cadence is a sudden change of direction after the silent beginning of the month. It is one of the factors that explains why the green bars of the chart increased in the last week.
Ethereum ETFs Join the Rally
The net inflows on Ethereum ETFs as of Friday were the highest at $405 million. It was the fourth consecutive positive session among spot Ether ETFs. The cumulative net inflows in Ether products are currently in the low-teens billions with total net assets of approximately $30 billion.
BlackRock ETHA and Fidelity FETH divided the leadership on the day and each raised over $165 million. ETHA was the only asset to experience a turnover of around $1.9 billion, with traders repositioning around the Ethereum-linked products’ momentum in the wider market.
Market players are attributing this revitalized demand to the stabilized macro conditions and the visibility of policy. Although the expectations of the rates keep on changing, the volatility of front-end yields has subsided relative to midsummer, which facilitates risk asset flows.
Some of the larger allocators seem to be retreating to crypto exposure as ETF wrappers that can be accommodated within existing operational and compliance systems.
The chief investment officer of Kronos Research, Vincent Liu, described the trend as an increasing institutional confidence. He observed that, in an event where macro conditions are favorable to this, an increase in the creation of ETFs can strengthen market liquidity and price momentum of both Bitcoin and Ether.

The data this week is in line with that opinion. Price gains went hand-in-hand with large increases in the major funds. Besides, the most recent green bar in the chart proves a decisive shift to net buying.
