XRP price is consolidating near $3 as the analyst doubles down on a strong upward run through mid-November. Recent ETF listings in the U.S. and upcoming CME options provide broader access and allow traders and institutions new options to access the token. Technical and fractal structures provide further resistance for a rally towards the $6-$7 zone.
XRP Price Gains Strength From U.S. ETF and CME Options
The price of XRP has drawn increased institutional attention with the debut of U.S.-listed exchange-traded products. Today, September 18, REX Shares and Osprey Funds will launch the XRPR ETF on the Cboe BZX Exchange. Bloomberg Intelligence analyst James Seyffart explained that the fund can hold XRP directly and use non-U.S. spot ETFs or derivatives if needed.
This launch offers the first regulated U.S. brokerage access to XRP, beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum products. CME Group plans to list XRP options on October 13, adding both standard and micro contracts with daily, monthly, and quarterly expirations.
These features facilitate new hedging and speculating strategies. At the time of writing, the XRP price traded near $3.12, slightly higher by 3% than the previous day, but it was steady in trend.
Analyst Target $6-$7 by Mid-November
Market analyst EGRAG CRYPTO sees a bullish fractal driving XRP price to $6-$7 by mid-November. His chart showed a yellow fractal inside a rising channel, indicating a continuation of a previous breakout pattern.

Projected Fibonacci was confirmed in significant Fibonacci levels. The numbers to the right of the extensions 1.272, 1.414, and 1.618 are, respectively, $3.92, $6.61, and $9.23. Strong moving averages favor the bullish formation.
EGRAG concluded that fractals are useful for defining probability rather than certainty and encourages traders to take proactive risk management when these fractal levels are reached.
Higher Ranges Beyond Current Cycle
Furthermore, ChartNerdTA showcased the extended view, including Elliott Wave and Fibonacci extensions. He projected possible XRP price moves to $8.40 at the 1.272 level, $13.80 at the 1.414 level, and $27.00 at the 1.618 level. Interestingly, his analysis suggested that the XRP price is entering a fifth-wave advance after a lengthy consolidation period.

He notes that setups of that sort have been seen numerous times as symmetrical triangle breakouts trigger spectacular gains. Key resistance levels are $3.36 and $3.92, followed by testing higher Fibonacci bands. Strong volume and momentum would confirm these projections.
In addition, institutional flows created by ETFs and derivatives, as well as a historical bullish technical pattern, support his bullish view.
Mega Cycle and Long-term XRP Price Targets
Meanwhile, analyst EtherNasyonAl compared today’s structure to XRP’s 2017 bull cycle. He described a pattern of accumulation and re-accumulation and expected a markup to follow. Analysts believe the XRP price is exiting re-accumulation and is preparing for a large-scale advance.

He pointed out a long-term channel with marked highs at $6.50 and $8.00. This is consistent with increased institutionalization sparked by ETFs and the looming market launch of CME options.
If capital flows into the region and continues to build, he believes we could achieve a solid rally that may equal or surpass the rallies of the past cycle.
