Analysts See Chainlink Price Rebounding from $14 Toward $50 Zone

Chainlink price trades near $16.60, holding just above a crucial mid-term support zone. Analysts expect a possible rebound from the $14 area, where long-term accumulation is still accruing.

LINK price is at a critical juncture where the next move will decide its direction. A breakout could fuel a sustained rally, while rejection may send it back to lower ranges.

This level is now becoming popular among institutional and retail traders. Several analysts now point to a strong bullish move once the consolidation is complete. This suggests a move toward the $50 region in the coming months.

Chainlink Price Could Rebound from $14 Toward $50

Market analyst Ali Charts stated that the Chainlink price may be nearing its optimal entry range. His weekly chart represents a similar ascending channel. There, the price action is based between $14 support and $50 resistance.

According to Ali, a dip to $14 would be a textbook “buy zone,” providing a strong risk-reward ratio. He noted that stronger market momentum could spark a rally from the current bottom. This move might push the LINK price to test the $50 level.

This is based on the channel behavior in the past. There, previous retests of lower trendlines have created strong bullish reversals.

He emphasized that as long as LINK remains above $14, the technical structure remains intact. This allows long-term holders to accumulate within this range.

Head and Shoulders Breakdown Points to $13 Support Zone

Alpha Crypto Signal identified a Head and Shoulders breakdown on the daily timeframe. It has now reached a vital reaction channel. The neckline break led to heavy selling. However, support between $13 and $14 can be considered a pivot zone for recovery.

The analyst noted that the confluence combines horizontal and ascending trendline supports. This creates an excellent technical bounce setup for the Chainlink price.

The bias remains conservative as long as the price stays below the 9-day EMA. A move back above it could signal a trend reversal toward higher resistance levels.

Alpha Crypto Signal noted that Chainlink price needs to close above $18.50 to confirm renewed strength. Consolidation above that level may pave the way to $25-$30, with medium-term growth potential.

Analyst Eyes $16–$20 Rebound Zone on Daily Chart

CryptoWZRD characterized the recent daily candle for LINK as bearish after retesting the $16.00 support zone. He said that the pair could bounce around this range over the weekend, depending on the direction of Bitcoin.

The intraday chart is now touching $16.80, which could be a bottom out. Breaking out from above this intraday resistance would bring the price closer to the $19.30 liquidity cluster. Conversely, a rejection below $16.80 can cause lateralisation and long consolidation before momentum resumes.

As per the analyst, the key support level is above $16. As long as that support is intact, the greater bullish story is not discredited. CryptoWZRD reiterated that volatility is possible in the long term, but the setup supports patient accumulation before a potential market recovery.

Whale Accumulation Signals Confidence

According to Lookonchain data, new wallets are withdrawing LINK from Binance at an accelerated pace, indicating new accumulation.

One wallet transferred 744,604 LINK, worth approximately $12.5 million, in one hour. At the same time, another withdrew 934,516 LINK, worth around $16.9 million, earlier this week.

The transactions indicate that the large holders are once again positioning for another move in the coming months and are likely anticipating higher prices. Sustained outflows from exchanges are typically a sign of less sell-side pressure and growing investor confidence.

If accumulation continues, Chainlink price could stabilize above the $16 threshold and prepare for a larger upside attempt. Analysts believe that extended on-chain withdrawals often precede major market reversals.

These reversals tend to occur after long phases of consolidation. Such patterns suggest a potential shift in market direction.
