Galaxy Digital Stock Reports Best Quarter in Company History
Galaxy Digital stock (GLXY) jumped up 9% to $43.47 after the company released its third-quarter results.

The firm reported $505 million in net income and $629 million in adjusted EBITDA, marking its best quarter since inception.
As noted, the Digital Assets unit has recorded its strongest performance to date, with $318 million in adjusted gross profit.
Total assets on the platform reached $17 billion, while the loan book averaged $1.8 billion.
Trading activity was also high, with a 140% jump in volumes from the second quarter.
Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Goldowsky stated that the company experienced growth across nearly every aspect of its operations.

He added that the quarter’s outcome showed the value of years of investment in digital assets.
During the quarter, Galaxy also launched GalaxyOne, a financial platform that allows U.S. investors to manage cash, trade cryptocurrencies, and buy stocks in one place.
Notably, the firm also made a move to connect traditional markets with blockchain by tokenizing its Class A common stock on the Solana blockchain.
These results, along with the new projects, helped build investor confidence and pushed Galaxy Digital stock higher during trading.
Data Center Projects Gain More Ground
It is worth mentioning that Galaxy’s Data Centers business also made major progress in the third quarter.
The company secured $1.4 billion in financing for Phase One of its Helios data center project.
According to the update, it also signed a lease deal with CoreWeave, giving the firm access to 133 megawatts of power for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing operations.
CoreWeave’s full commitment now covers the entire 800-megawatt power capacity approved for Helios.
Phase One of the project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026, when Galaxy will begin delivering capacity and earning revenue.
Management stated that the data center project is a key component of the company’s long-term plan.
The company believes that growth in AI and data storage demand will strengthen its position in the technology sector over time.
Strong Balance Sheet and Growth Plans
As of September 30, 2025, Galaxy held $1.9 billion in cash and stablecoins. Total equity stood at $3.2 billion.
The company also announced a $460 million equity investment from one of the world’s largest asset managers.
The deal generated $325 million in net proceeds to support the Helios build-out and other corporate purposes.
The Treasury and Corporate segment of the company reported $408 million in adjusted gross profit and $376 million in adjusted EBITDA, primarily driven by gains from digital assets and investments.
Looking ahead, Galaxy expects steady growth in both its digital assets and data center divisions.
The firm does not expect significant profit from the data center segment until 2026, when construction is completed and operations begin.
Galaxy Digital stock continues to attract attention from investors following its strong quarterly results.
The company’s focus on both digital assets and AI infrastructure positions it well within the financial and technology markets.
The third-quarter performance confirmed Galaxy’s ability to grow in both established and emerging sectors, showing steady progress toward long-term goals.
