Cumulative total net inflows for Bitcoin ETFs dropped to $61.38 billion from $61.87 billion the previous session, while total net assets fell to $143.94 billion.
Ethereum spot ETFs faced similar pressure and continued their negative trend with outflows on October 29.
BlackRock leads Bitcoin ETFs outflows at nearly $291 million
BlackRock’s IBIT experienced the largest redemptions at $290.88 million. IBIT’s outflows were nearly 60% of total Bitcoin ETFs redemptions for the session.
Fidelity’s FBTC recorded outflows of $46.55 million and represents 435.85 BTC. Ark & 21Shares’ ARKB saw $65.62 million in redemptions corresponding to 614.45 BTC. Cumulative flows for ARKB stood at $2.05 billion.

Grayscale’s original GBTC saw $10.01 million in outflows, with cumulative net redemptions reaching $24.69 billion since conversion to ETF structure.
Grayscale’s BTC mini trust experienced $8.49 million in redemptions, which was 79.46 BTC. Invesco’s BTCO recorded $7.96 million in outflows with 74.57 BTC departing.

Historical context shows volatile flow patterns
The October 30 outflows are the largest single-day redemption since October 22, when Bitcoin ETFs recorded $101.29 million in negative flows.
That outflow event ended a four-day winning streak that had brought substantial capital into the products.
October 28 saw the most recent positive flows of $202.48 million with total value traded reaching $4.18 billion.
October 29 brought major redemptions of $470.71 million and was the first negative session after the brief recovery period.
Total net assets declined from a peak of $155.89 billion on October 27 to $143.94 billion on October 30, a decrease of nearly $12 billion.
Ethereum ETFs continue negative trend
Ethereum spot ETFs extended their own outflow pattern with $81.44 million in redemptions on October 29. This was following a brief two-day recovery.
Cumulative total net inflows for Ethereum products also dropped to $14.65 billion.
Total value traded for Ethereum ETFs reached $2.43 billion on October 29, while total net assets stood at $26.60 billion.

The October 29 outflows followed strong inflows of $246.02 million on October 28 and $133.91 million on October 27.
The parallel weakness across both Bitcoin ETFs and Ethereum products shows systematic rather than asset-specific factors driving redemptions.
Investors appear to be reducing exposure to cryptocurrency investments through regulated vehicles during a period of price uncertainty and mixed macro signals.
While Bitcoin ETFs and Ethereum products experienced universal outflows, newly launched Solana spot ETFs recorded positive flows of $37.33 million on October 30.
Cumulative total net inflows for Solana products reached $154.73 million with total net assets at $439.97 million. Total value traded for SOL ETFs hit $52.71 million for the session.
The previous trading day saw Solana ETFs record $47.94 million in inflows with $79.50 million traded. October 28 also brought $69.45 million in positive flows.
