With Bitcoin price crashing under $83,000 during the recent crypto market correction, experts believe that the asset has entered the oversold territory. The MVRV price bands show signs of a major reset ahead as BTC enters the “deep value zone”. Along with BTC, the broader crypto market is showing signs of recovery with top altcoins like ETH, XRP, SOL gaining 2-3%.
Bitcoin Price Enters Deep Value Zone
Bitcoin has slipped below the short-term holder MVRV range, indicating that a major market reset is about to happen soon. Analysts note that a dip into this “deep value” zone typically signals weakened sentiment and reduced seller pressure. Historically, such conditions have aligned with early accumulation phases rather than capitulation.

While the move does not guarantee an immediate Bitcoin price rebound, previous cycles suggest that such levels have often preceded longer-term recovery phases.
Separately, Bitcoin’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) has fallen to 35, clearly highlighting oversold conditions. So far, this is only the sixth time that the RSI levels have dropped this low. Historically, strong recoveries have followed when RSI moves between 25 and 35. The setup mirrors conditions last seen during the March 2020 correction, when the RSI bottomed near 33 before a major rally.

Despite the ongoing short-term volatility, technical signals indicate Bitcoin price may now be trading in historically oversold territory.
Bitcoin Price Easing Selling Pressure, Fed Rate Cuts, And More
Bitcoin price is seeing a rebound to $87,000 after briefly dipping to just above $82,000 last week. Several key signals indicate that the recent downturn may be stabilizing.
Market research firm Swissblock reports a sharp decline in its “Risk-Off Signal,” suggesting that the heaviest phase of capitulation may be ending.
The firm added that a secondary, weaker wave of selling could mark the final stage of exhaustion before buyers regain control.

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes said that he expects Bitcoin price to remain below the $90,000 level in the short term, with the possibility of one final move toward the low-$80,000 zone.
He pointed to improving macro signals, including rising U.S. bank lending and the Federal Reserve’s scheduled end to quantitative tightening on December 1, as key catalysts that could support Bitcoin once selling pressure subsides.
Macroeconomic developments are also contributing to renewed optimism. Traders have raised the probability of a Federal Reserve interest-rate cut in December back to nearly 70%, increasing expectations of a more supportive liquidity environment.
Binance Futures Volumes Rise, Altcoins Show Resilience
A sharp surge in activity has emerged in the derivatives market, with Binance futures volumes rising significantly across major assets. Bitcoin futures volume jumped to approximately $48.4 billion, marking one of the largest single-day surge. Market analysts note that the increase is broad-based rather than isolated, indicating traders may be positioning for a larger market move.

On the other hand, altcoins have shown signs of stabilization following the October 10 market liquidation event, outperforming Bitcoin in relative performance over recent days. While a strong altcoin recovery has not yet materialized, some analysts suggest the current structure may indicate a possible bottom formation.

Expectations for a potential U.S. Federal Reserve rate cut in December are resurfacing. Market observers say renewed macro support or a sector catalyst could trigger a rebound across altcoins.
