Eric Trump-Owned American Bitcoin Corp Ranked 21st Largest Among BTC DATs
American Bitcoin Corps holds 5,044 BTC as of December 15th, 2025, according to BitcoinTreasuries(dot)Net, a bitcoin treasury data monitoring website. This reflects a 261 BTC increase from the earlier reported figure of 4,783 BTC.
So far, this is ABTC’s third BTC acquisition of December 2025, after it scooped 363 BTC on December 4th, and 416 BTC on December 10th. The net acquisition in December stands at 1,040 BTC as of today for December 2025.

ABTC was co-founded by Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., sons of the current US President, Donald Trump. As of the time of writing this report, the miner had not issued a press release announcing the latest increase in holdings.
In their last purchase announcement (Dec 10, 2025), ABTC described the acquisition as a result of Bitcoin mining and ‘strategic purchases’. The announcement added that the final holdings figure included the BTC pledged to Bitmain as part of a miner acquisition agreement.
This reflects a growing trend among publicly listed companies to accumulate digital assets, particularly BTC, as part of their core investment strategy.
Today Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) scooped 10,645 BTC. It is often credited for starting the DAT trend, purchased 21,399 BTC in December 2025 so far. Its purchase remains the largest corporate BTC purchase to date in December 2025.
Miners Company Holdings ‘Highly Significant’: Report
In their November Adoption report, Bitcoin Treasuries noted that Bitcoin mining company holdings were ‘highly significant’. In November 2025, Bitcoin miners added more than 680 BTC, primarily through mining. ABTC acquired 139 BTC via mining and ‘strategic purchases’.
As of the end of November, mining companies held roughly 12% of the BTC owned by public companies they tracked, the report said.
ABTC received Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) miners from Hut8 Corp. (NASDAQ: HUT), the majority owner of ABTC.
Notably, November saw the Bitcoin and broader cryptocurrency market perform adversely. BTC Spot ETFs posted the biggest outflows on record.

American Bitcoin Corp’s bitcoins were worth roughly $451.98 million as of press time; BTC was trading at $89,544.35. Its enterprise value was $2 billion, and its market-to-net asset value (mNAV) was 3.16.
