Chainlink price has gained 6.39% in the last 24 hours, reaching $15.51, following a TD Sequential buy signal that suggests a potential reversal. Open interest has also surged 5% indicating increased market participation by traders.
TD Sequential Indicator Suggests Trend Reversal
The TD Sequential indicator has indicated a bullish signal. This oscillator which is normally used for signaling a potential change of trend breakdown has reached the “9” signal in this downtrend.
After a heavy selloff from $18 to the $14 range, LINK has found consolidation above the $15.40 level. Traders expect a move to $16 and $17, it is also the resistance level that should be breached to sustain an upward trend.
Indicators Suggest Possible Rebound
The RSI is at a level of 31.85 which indicates a slightly oversold position. A reading below 30 of an RSI demonstrates that an asset is oversold and may be due for a rebound. If the buying pressure for the LINK token surges, it could fuel a short-term bullish run.
The Money Flow Index (MFI) stands at 31.67, also reflecting near-oversold conditions. A reading below 20 would indicate extreme selling pressure, although in this case, LINK may be stabilizing and may recover if demand goes up.

Furthermore, the Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) shows a positive value of 27.6K, indicating net buying pressure. This suggests that despite recent price declines, there is ongoing accumulation by buyers. If this trend continues, it could support a price rebound, as increased buying activity often signals growing market confidence.
Chainlink Price Key Support and Resistance Levels
The demand zone for Chainlink price is at the $15.00 level and $14.50 mark. If, however, the price is unable to sustain above this level, then a further weakness will be expected. It is important to sustain above levels at such regions to avert further deterioration.
However, the levels of resistance range between $16.00 and $17.00. Volatile movements above $16.00 level may be followed by a higher bullish pressure through peak onwards. However, they have rejected it at this level several times, and if LINK fails to penetrate this zone, bears might regain control and cause the price to stagnate or decline in the next segment.
According to the trends, total open interest (OI) has also risen by 5.51 percent to $208.6 million. This upward movement indicates that more individuals are going long to boost their odds in the direction they anticipate the market to go.

In addition, Phoenix Group reports that Chainlink is still among the most active projects, Development activity remains high, indicating that more improvements and expansion of the network are still in progress.

In its projections of price movement, it is expected that Chainlink price will increase by 4.61% and be valued on average $15.89 in the month of March in the year 2025.
