Dogecoin price has sparked interest in the market due to technical indicators and a major on-chain event. Analysts following the market noticed unusual changes that could impact DOGE price near-term movement.
$70 Million DOGE Transfer Draws Market Focus
As per blockchain tracking platform WhaleAlert, an unknown wallet transferred 400 million DOGE to Binance. During the transfer, the total value of the tokens was around $70.1 million. This kind of transfer to centralized exchanges usually signals that selling could increase.

While the account used for the transaction is unknown, the huge amount involved casts doubt on how quickly those coins can be sold in the upcoming time. Usually, traders watch for these indications of possible changes in volatility or trends. When the transfer happened, Dogecoin price was interacting with important technical levels.
In addition, DOGE balance on exchanges can influence price stability. Higher exchange balances may mean traders want to sell their positions, but decreasing balances usually indicate they plan to keep them for the long run. Due to the recent transfer, Binance has more DOGE reserves, which could lead to short-term selling if conditions are favorable.
Dogecoin Price Symmetrical Triangle Apex
On its daily graph, analyst Trader Trader Tardigrade noted that Dogecoin price recently peaked at the top of a symmetrical triangle pattern. The support or resistance level is formed when the trendlines meet and is generally critical. Analyzing price action at the center of the triangle may help forecast whether prices will rise or fall.

Furthermore, a breakout from a symmetrical triangle tends to follow a period of price consolidation. In the past, Dogecoin price broke upwards past this trendline. The return to the apex can serve as a retest, a common market behavior in continuation patterns. The analyst was monitoring the reaction at this level for signs of renewed momentum.
According to Trader Tardigrade, if DOGE price holds the apex as support, it might continue its previous climb. However, if the price falls below the triangle, then bullish expectations might be reversed. The coming trading sessions may provide further clarity on whether this support level will be sustained.
Bullish Breakouts on the H4 Heikin Ashi Chart
Meanwhile, on the 4-hour Heikin Ashi chart, Dogecoin price has recently shown two breakout movements from triangle formations. These breakout structures indicate a shift in momentum and are typically used by short-term traders to identify trend direction. According to current readings, the target range for DOGE following these breakouts lies between $0.20 and $0.203.

Heikin Ashi candles, used to smooth out price volatility and reflect underlying trends, continue to show bullish coloration, suggesting ongoing buying interest. The price is above recent support levels, adding weight to the short-term breakout structure.
With these happening, technical analysis became complex based on price patterns. Though price targets are not guaranteed, they are formed using the measured move strategy, common in breakout setups. Should the price of DOGE hold above the breakout points, traders anticipate that the price could reach the levels stated in the chart.
On the downside, recent analysis showed Doge price struggling to break resistance at $0.23, hovering between $0.21 and $0.26. Analysts warned that if $0.21 support failed, a drop to $0.10 is possible. Additionally, Dogecoin whales have added over 3.4 billion DOGE this year.
At the time of writing, Doge price was traded at $0.1764, down 7.05% in 24 hours. Price fell sharply from $0.1896, with slight recovery attempts failing to break above $0.18 support-turned-resistance.
