Trump Coin ETF Listed On DTCC As Political Crypto Bets Heat Up

Canary Capital’s TRUMP Coin ETF has officially appeared on the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation platform as of October 7-8, 2025. This marks a procedural milestone for integrating the political meme coin into traditional finance.

TRUMP coin rallied 3% to $7.80 following the development. At the same time, Fight Fight Fight LLC pursues up to $1 Billion in treasury funding to stabilize the struggling meme coin.

DTCC Listing Clears Infrastructure Hurdles for TRUMP Coin ETF

The Canary TRUMP Coin ETF is now listed on the DTCC platform under ticker symbol TRPC. This is a procedural step toward potential mainstream trading availability.

The ETF follows the Solana-based Official Trump meme coin. It was launched in January 2025. The coin received an endorsement from President Donald Trump. Its DTCC listing confirms it meets the necessary infrastructure for clearing and settlement.

Canary Capital Group initially filed the S-1 registration statement with the SEC on August 26, 2025. It seeks to establish the first U.S. ETF tied to a politically themed meme coin.

The firm formally registered the ETF entity in Delaware on August 13, 2025, two weeks before SEC submission. The structure aims to provide full token backing through regulated custodial reserves.

The DTCC listing follows similar infrastructure preparations by other crypto ETFs. This includes the recent addition of the 21Shares DOGE ETF to the platform.

TRUMP coin briefly rallied to an intraday high of $7.85 before settling around $7.80. This represents a 3% gain in 24 hours following the news of the DTCC listing.

The token remains approximately 90% below its all-time high of $73.43 reached shortly after launch in January 2025. TRUMP currently trades at $7.69 with a market capitalization of $1.54 billion.

Fight Fight Fight LLC Pursues $1B Treasury to Stabilize Token Price

Bill Zanker is a longtime associate of President Donald Trump. He is the entrepreneur behind the Official Trump meme coin. Zanker is now leading a major fundraising effort to launch a Digital Asset Treasury company.

Fight Fight Fight LLC, led by Bill Zanker, is behind the TRUMP coin. The company aims to raise at least $200 Million, with plans to expand the treasury initiative to $1 Billion.

The Digital Asset Treasury is designed as a market intervention tool. It would buy TRUMP tokens on the open market to generate consistent buying pressure. This strategy aims to rebuild investor confidence.

The treasury buyback program is designed to cut down the token’s supply. Its goal is to help stabilize prices. This comes after a steep 90% drop from the token’s January highs.

The $200 Million minimum target represents a significant amount of buying power relative to Trump’s market cap. A full $1 Billion raise would constitute over 50% of the current market capitalization.

The timing coincides with the DTCC listing, creating multiple positive catalysts for TRUMP token holders. The treasury announcement demonstrates a long-term commitment from project leadership, rather than abandonment following price declines.

Regulatory Landscape Shifts for TRUMP Coin ETF Approval

The SEC continues to review the TRUMP Coin ETF filing. Analysts are expecting a decision timeline that extends into early 2026.

Several regulatory hurdles must be overcome before potential approval can be achieved. ETF experts highlight a key requirement for spot ETFs. The underlying asset’s futures market must operate for at least six months. This condition is usually necessary before the SEC grants approval.

Additionally, currently, no Trump futures products exist in regulated markets. The regulatory environment has shifted favorably under the Trump administration. The SEC announced in February 2025 that meme coins are not classified as securities, removing them from direct SEC oversight.

This classification change eliminates a key regulatory hurdle. Without it, political meme coins would face strict securities rules. These rules typically apply to traditional financial instruments.
