Key Insights:
- Robert Kiyosaki recommends Bitcoin, gold, and silver as protection against a looming global debt collapse.
- He warns that savers in fiat and bondholders may suffer losses when the $37 trillion debt bubble bursts.
- Kiyosaki expects Bitcoin to hit $200K by 2025 and reach $1 million by 2030 despite short-term volatility.
Robert Kiyosaki renewed his call for investing in Bitcoin, gold, and silver amid rising geopolitical tension and mounting sovereign debt. The Rich Dad Poor Dad author advised investors to exit fiat currencies and government bonds, warning they may collapse under unsustainable financial systems.
His latest warning came as Bitcoin briefly fell below $99,000 on Sunday before rebounding past $102,000 on Monday.
Kiyosaki Urges Shift From Fiat as U.S. Debt Crosses $37 Trillion
In a recent post on X, Kiyosaki warned that a monetary collapse may follow the explosion in global debt. He highlighted that U.S. national debt now exceeds $37 trillion, calling it a systemic threat to the global economy.
He described fiat money and government bonds as “fake” assets and called on savers to seek safety elsewhere. Kiyosaki said the collapse of traditional debt instruments would lead to widespread losses for investors relying on fiat.

He also warned that “obsolete ideas about money” would cost individuals their purchasing power. Bitcoin, he said, offered a path to preserve long-term wealth amid a debt-based collapse.
Bitcoin, Gold, and Silver Framed as Safe Havens
Kiyosaki has long maintained a bullish stance on alternative stores of value. He believes that Bitcoin, along with gold and silver, provides a hedge against inflation and monetary debasement. He called these assets “real money” and claimed that their value would rise as confidence in fiat declines.
In his statement, he emphasized again that those who rely on fiat currencies or invest in bonds would be the “biggest losers” in the coming downturn. His advice followed similar comments from earlier this year when he described Bitcoin as the “future of money.”
Kiyosaki has also stated that investors should focus not on the daily price of Bitcoin, but on how much of it they hold. He believes that long-term accumulation is a more effective strategy than short-term trading, especially under volatile market conditions.
Bitcoin Crash Expected Before Long-Term Rally
Although Kiyosaki recommends Bitcoin, he says that it is possible that a crash can happen in the short-term. He wrote that Bitcoin and gold are trading at high prices currently and he is expecting both of them to correct before he takes more position on his portfolio. This strategy, he added, mirrors his long term faith in these assets.
Kiyosaki also believes that any decline in the price of Bitcoin would be short-lived and a strategic chance to acquire more. Recently, he repeated his BTC price forecasts of $200,000 at the year-end 2025 and 1 million by 2030. According to his predictions, the short-term volatility will not change Bitcoin’s long-term growth trajectory.
Silver was also among the key investments that he highlighted under the prevailing circumstances. Diverging on the uncertainty in geopolitics and risk-off attitude, Kiyosaki quoted that silver prices may triple and reach over $100 per ounce by the end of 2025. He described silver as “the best investment today,” particularly amid tensions in the Middle East.
US Debt and Iran-Israel Conflict
Warnings by Robert Kiyosaki come about as the geopolitical conflict between Israel and Iran is heightened. These tensions culminated during the weekend, resulting in widespread selling and high levels of volatility of crypto assets. Bitcoin Price dropped below the mark of 99K on a Sunday but quickly recovered to above 102K on Monday.
Liquidations reached $458 million on the crypto market as investors took safer positions. Kiyosaki related this climate to the systemic threats posed by high national debts, tight budgets, and unclear leaderships in the world. He thinks that these conditions may hasten the process of a monetary reset.
